Gingivectomy

Teeth that appear short due to improper eruption and remain partially covered by gum tissue. This lead to the so called "gummy smile". In this case a minor procedure known as gingivectomy is done to remove the extra tissue and reshape it to expose more of the teeth for aesthetics
